Learn Japanese Pod
As you can imagine, at Learn Japanese Pod you can find podcasts that help you learn Japanese.
They don't only offer podcasts, though. You can find various articles covering many different topics, like "how to apologize", and short, instructional videos, teaching you things like "Classroom Japanese."
My buddy Jose's site, Tomucho, might be a little advanced for most people visiting this site, but here you'll find not only English related articles, but some info for Spanish speakers as well.
Jose mainly focuses on getting things brought into Japan from abroad, so if you know anyone living there, be sure to let them know about his site.
